What You'll Do

As an

Accounts Manager

at RSL, you'll play a key role in leading our finance operations and ensuring smooth, compliant, and accurate financial management.

Your day-to-day will include:

Managing

overall accounts and finance functions

-- from bookkeeping to finalization. Preparing

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

. Handling

GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings

. Monitoring

cash flow, budgeting, and cost control

for efficient financial planning. Coordinating with

auditors, consultants, and internal departments

. Overseeing

payables, receivables, and bank reconciliations

. Maintaining

accurate financial data

and internal controls. Leading and mentoring a small accounting team.

What We're Looking For

B. Com / M. Com / CA (Inter) / MBA (Finance)

Experience:

5-7 years in accounting and finance (preferably in manufacturing) Strong command of

Tally ERP

In-depth knowledge of

GST, TDS, and accounting standards

Excel proficiency

and analytical thinking Detail-oriented and organized Team leader with excellent communication Integrity, reliability, and problem-solving attitude
