Role Overview

Hiring an

Accounts Manager

to handle complete accounting, GST compliance, and e-commerce reconciliations for a rapidly growing D2C textile brand.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain

end-to-end accounting

in Tally ERP Record sales, purchase, expenses, ledgers, and daily entries Handle bank, payment gateway & marketplace reconciliations (Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart) Prepare monthly

financial statements

, MIS reports & cost summaries File GSTR-3B, GSTR-1, review GSTR-2A Manage receivables, payables, vendor reconciliation & debit/credit notes Monitor inventory records and cost sheet variances Support audits, statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF/ESI) & accounts finalization Oversee Junior accountants.

Candidate Requirements

B.Com / M.Com / Finance background 3-5 years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of GST & e-commerce accounting Proficient in Tally ERP & Advanced Excel Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
