Experience Required: Minimum 8 years in Accounts & Finance

Qualification: M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance

Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Trading / Service

Job Summary:

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounting function, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, and team management. The role involves close coordination with internal departments, auditors, and management to maintain financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

Handle finalization of accounts and coordinate with internal & statutory auditors.

Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

Ensure timely vendor and customer reconciliations.

Supervise and guide the accounts team.

Implement financial controls and process improvements.

Support management in financial decision-making and reporting.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
