Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 3 years
of experience in handling core accounting functions and sound knowledge of direct and
indirect taxation. The ideal candidate will ensure the accurate maintenance of financial
records, timely compliance with statutory requirements, and support to internal
stakeholders for smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
? Handle day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, journal entries, and
reconciliations.
? Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records in accordance with
statutory and company policies.
? Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory tax filings, ensuring timely compliance with
regulatory deadlines.
? Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and audits.
? Process accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments and collections.
? Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
? Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
Key Requirements:
? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or equivalent qualification.
? Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.
? Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance (GST,
TDS, Income Tax).
? Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books,
QuickBooks).
? Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven
environment.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience in handling audits and liaising with statutory bodies.
? Working knowledge of payroll accounting and employee reimbursements.
? CA Inter or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
Compensation: As per industry standards
