Record

day-to-day accounting entries

, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts. Maintain

ledgers, journals, and basic financial records

accurately. Prepare, verify, and manage

invoices, bills, and expense vouchers

. Perform

bank reconciliation

and monitor daily bank transactions. Track

customer receivables

and follow up on pending payments. Manage

vendor bills

, payment schedules, and confirmations. Handle

petty cash

, daily cash flow, and expense tracking. Maintain

proper accounting files and documentation

for audit and reference. Coordinate with

vendors and customers

regarding invoices and payment status. Support

monthly closing activities

and basic financial reporting. Assist in

GST-related work

, including data preparation and filing support (if applicable). Monitor

expense control

and highlight discrepancies to management. Coordinate with

stores, sales, and service teams

for smooth financial operations. Ensure compliance with

company accounting policies and procedures

. Provide support during

internal and external audits

when required.

Requirements

B.Com, MBA, BBA, or

any graduate degree

. Minimum

3 to 5 years of relevant experience

in accounting. Working knowledge of

Tally, Excel, or other accounting software

. Basic understanding of

accounting principles and financial processes

. Strong

attention to detail

and accuracy. Ability to

manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

. Good

communication and coordination skills

. Ability to work

independently as well as in a team environment

.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience handling

invoices, payments, receivables, and reconciliations

. Familiarity with

store-based or service-oriented company accounts

. Exposure to

GST, statutory compliance, or audit coordination

is an added advantage.
