Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the
entire accounting cycle
including Accounts Payable, Receivable, General Ledger, and Banking.
Handle
daily accounting entries
and
reconciliation
in
Tally ERP 9
.
Prepare and finalize
monthly and annual financial statements
.
File
GST, TDS, PF, and ESI returns
on time.
Manage
petty cash
, employee reimbursements, and payroll.
Prepare
MIS reports
, and assist management in financial planning and budgeting.
Coordinate with
auditors, vendors, and internal departments
for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with
statutory and tax regulations
.
Maintain accurate documentation of all vouchers, bills, and receipts.
Skills & Requirements:
Proficiency in
Tally ERP 9
, MS Excel, and accounting software.
In-depth knowledge of
GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Financial Reporting
.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Preferred:
Female candidate with
Minimum
5-8 years of hands-on experience
in accounts management.
Experience in
construction / trading / manufacturing
sector preferred.
Immediate joiner will be an added advantage.
