Responsible for full-cycle accounting, taxation compliance, MIS reporting and store-level finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle AP, AR, GL & bank reconciliation independently
GST filing, TDS payments, returns & compliance
Month-end closing & MIS preparation for management
Inventory and store accounts monitoring
Vendor ledger reconciliation & payment processing
Support statutory/internal audit requirements
Requirements
B. Com / M. Com / CA Inter preferred
Mandatory retail industry accounting experience
Strong understanding of taxation & statutory rules
Tally ERP and Excel proficiency required
Skills Required
Financial accuracy & documentation
Leadership skills for supervising junior staff
Ability to meet strict deadlines
