Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Accounts Manager

to join our finance team. The role involves overseeing end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Experience

Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Finance

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Accounting (preferred) Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are preferred Strong knowledge of statutory compliances(TDS / TCS/GST,Income Tax Returns (ITR),Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM),MCA compliances,ESI,PF).

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and procedures Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements Handling and responding to statutory and audit queries Payroll processing and related statutory compliances Preparation and verification of export documentation Managing export incentives and claims Conducting inventory analysis and reconciliation Monitoring and controlling receivables and payables Managing income and expenditure accounts Liaison with external agencies such as auditors, banks, consultants, and government authorities Timely statutory filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, MCA, etc.) Managing inward and outward remittances Follow-up on exports and inventory movement Verification of statements of accounts Verification of outward fund processing Preparation and analysis of MIS reports Verification of intercompany and group company accounting entries

Salary

?25,000 - ?35,000 per month
