Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounts operations.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounts professional to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and provide insightful analysis to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

Manage accounting operations, financial statements, and MIS reporting Conduct P&L analysis, balance sheet reviews, and monthly closing Ensure GST and other statutory compliance Handle AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial controls Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial accuracy
Requirements:

Experience in FMCG or e-commerce is required Strong knowledge of accounting principles & financial reporting Proficiency in Tally and advanced Excel Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:

? Experience in import/export documentation and compliance.
? Knowledge of MIS reporting & advanced Excel.
? Prior experience in e-commerce setup is a plus.
