Job Description

Client Relationship Management

Act as the main point of contact for designated clients, ensuring client satisfaction and strong working relationships. Effectively communicate client needs and concerns to internal teams. Proactively identify new growth and revenue opportunities for the company within client accounts. Gather information and case studies for new strategic initiatives. Organize and lead client meetings with clear agendas
Financial Performance and Reporting

Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and statements. Analyze financial data to provide insights and support decision-making. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. Perform bank reconciliations and analyze cash flow. Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports and statements.
Operational Efficiency

Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution. Manage day-to-day account activities and requests. Maintain internal control policies and procedures. Ensure all work, before being sent to clients or production, undergoes a quality check. Investigate and rectify any financial discrepancies. Handle tasks like processing payroll and supporting audits.
Budget Management

KRA:

Develop and monitor budgets to optimize financial performance.

Cash Flow Management

KRA:

Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.

4. Compliance and Audit Support

KRA:

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support audit processes.

Uphold financial compliance standards.

Audit preparation and support Compliance with tax laws and regulations Audit report findings resolution Internal control effectiveness
Indirect & Direct Taxes

Compliance with transtitional provisions under GST and calculation of Tax and duty credit carried forward under existing laws, including filing of declaration in FORM GST TRAN - 1 & TRAN -2, Review of GST return/ Monthly/ Annually data and ensuring complete and accurate tax filings.
