We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused
Accounts Manager
to serve as the key liaison between our clients and internal teams. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring campaign delivery, maintaining excellent client relationships, and driving client satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and long-lasting relationships.
Understand client goals, branding, and expectations, and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Design, Content, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze reports, and provide regular updates and presentations to clients.
Prepare proposals, pitches, and strategic plans for new and existing clients.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow client accounts.
Handle billing, invoicing, and budget tracking for client accounts.
Ensure timely delivery of all client projects and ensure client satisfaction with quality and results.
Resolve client issues and manage expectations efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (3-5 years) as an Account Manager in a digital marketing or creative agency.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content, Social Media, Email Marketing, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into insights.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, HubSpot, Monday.com, or similar.
Nice to Have:
Experience with CRM and project management tools.
Google Ads or Meta Ads certification.
Experience handling B2B and B2C clients across various industries.
