Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Accounts Manager for a Packaging Industry to manage end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, cost control, and financial reporting. The role requires strong exposure to manufacturing accounting and coordination with auditors, banks, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end accounting operations
Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements
Manage GST, TDS, income tax & statutory compliance
Coordinate with auditors & consultants
Monitor receivables, payables & cash flow
Cost accounting & margin analysis
ERP-based accounting & MIS reporting
Ensure compliance with company & statutory policies
Requirements
Strong knowledge of accounting & taxation
Manufacturing / Packaging industry exposure
GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance
Costing & inventory accounting
ERP systems (Tally / SAP / Oracle / Zoho)
Advanced MS Excel & MIS reporting
Strong analytical & leadership skills
