Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Accounts Manager

with a few months of professional experience to join our finance team.

The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and assisting in reporting to ensure compliance and accuracy in all financial matters.

Key Responsibilities

: Manage and maintain daily accounting records (vouchers, invoices, receipts, ledgers, etc.). Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow. Support in tax compliance, GST/TDS filing, and statutory requirements. Assist senior accountants in audits and financial planning. Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (

B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance

preferred). 4-5 years of prior experience in accounting/finance. Basic knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations. Familiarity with Tally, MS Excel, or other accounting software.

Skills & Competencies

Strong numerical and analytical skills. Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
