Role Overview:-

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for handling the full spectrum of accounting operations, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting for the company. The role requires strong financial management skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to maintain internal financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities:-

Maintain daily accounting operations & bookkeeping in Tally/ERP. Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual

financial statements and MIS reports

. Manage and file

GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax

and other statutory compliances. Handle

PF & ESIC documentation, portal submissions, payments & employee records

. Supervise

accounts receivable & payable

, reconcile discrepancies & ensure timely collections/payments. Conduct

bank reconciliation, vendor payment processing, invoice management & petty cash supervision

. Oversee

revenue & costing

related to travel, ticketing & forex operations. Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits, documentation & financial clarifications. Assist in

budgeting, forecasting, financial planning & cash flow management

. Implement & monitor internal controls to protect financial integrity. Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to management. Ensure proper documentation & record-keeping for all financial activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting. Minimum

3-5 years experience

in Accounting/Finance domain. Strong knowledge of

Tally ERP, GST, TDS, PF, ESIC & payroll structure

. Proficiency in

MS Excel

(formulas, reporting, analysis). Good communication, analytical & leadership skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle financial data responsibly.
