We are seeking an experienced

Accounts Manager

with a strong background in real estate or construction accounting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, including bookkeeping, project budgeting, taxation, compliance, and RERA-related documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounts and finance operations Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and records Budgeting and cost control for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects Handle accounts payable and receivable, GST filings, TDS deductions, and statutory compliance Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial forecasts Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and handle RERA-related documentation Coordinate with auditors, CA firms, and legal advisors Monitor bank transactions, loan statements, and fund utilization Maintain vendor and subcontractor payment schedules Ensure timely financial reporting to management

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the real estate or construction industry Strong knowledge of accounting principles, Tally ERP, and MS Excel Familiarity with RERA compliance and documentation process Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Candidate:

Candidates with prior experience in a real estate development company Familiarity with real estate project cash flow cycles Proactive and responsible with a solution-oriented approach

Salary:

Commensurate with experience
