Tally software
, and a solid understanding of healthcare financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain accurate books of accounts in
Tally ERP
.
Handle billing, payments, receipts, and reconciliation of accounts.
Prepare financial statements, ledgers, and reports as per accounting standards.
Coordinate with internal departments for expense tracking and budgeting.
Support internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and other applicable regulations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce / Accounting / Finance
(B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).
Proficiency in Tally (latest version)
is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and reconciliation.
Prior experience in a
hospital or healthcare organization
will be an added advantage.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Salary:
Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
