We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Manager with administrative responsibilities and basic IT skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting skills, organizational abilities, and a basic understanding of IT systems to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance:
Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations.
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
Assist in preparing financial reports, GST filings, and tax documentation.
Support budget planning and expense tracking.
Coordinate with auditors and financial advisors as needed.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Oversee office administration, including vendor management.
Maintain company records, agreements, and employee documentation.
Assist in HR-related functions such as employee onboarding
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint)
Basic knowledge of IT troubleshooting (hardware/software issues, email configuration, etc.).
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
