DESMA International Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Accounts Manager

to lead and manage the finance and accounting functions of the organization. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire accounting function including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, payroll, and banking Oversee and ensure timely preparation of financial statements, Financial Reports, MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts Ensure compliance with statutory laws, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions Manage monthly closing processes and reconciliation of accounts Implement and maintain financial controls and accounting procedures Supervise and mentor the finance team members Handle vendor and client payment cycles, invoicing, and cash flow management Prepare reports and analysis for management decision-making Support in cost control, fund management, and resource planning

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or MBA Finance preferred) CA Inter / CMA / M.Com preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and financial compliance Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills Attention to detail with strong organizational ability
