Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Accounts Manager

to join our wholesale vegetable business at G8 Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, proven experience in managing financial operations, and the ability to ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the entire accounting function of the wholesale business. Prepare, maintain, and reconcile financial statements, ledgers, and reports. Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and inventory-related financials. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders as required. Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision-making. Supervise and guide junior accounting staff. Travel to other company branches if required for work-related assignments.

Requirements:

Minimum

7 years of experience

in accounting/finance. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, taxation, and compliance. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and team management abilities. Flexibility to travel to other branches as per business needs.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

Accounts: 7 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
