Qualification: B com or M com with Tally Knowledge

Experience Required: At least 5 to 10 years of Accounts financial and management experience with the day-to-day financial operations in Hotel Industry.

5 to 10 Years in Accounts and Finance

Tally and Software entries. Ensure the property's overall accounting and financial management. To be represent the finance department during daily morning meetings Daily MIS Report, Day Book ,patty cash handling , Bill auditing report Preparing and reviewing annual budgets, monthly P&Ls, balance ledgers. To be verifying all financial reports and ensuring that all transactions are accurate and in compliance with local government regulations. Able to prepare and submits management reports in a timely manner and also ensuring delivery deadlines. Ensure a strong accounting and operational control environment to safeguard Showroom assets. Able to proactively assist with cost control requirements and revenue enhancement possibilities. Able to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish the work. Work closely with all departments in assisting with financial aspects, assisting with the hotel when needed. Oversees internal, external and regulatory audit processes. Monitors all local tax compliance that applies, and ensuring that taxes are charged correctly and collected, file the local tax with the concerned authority on a monthly/regular basis. Ensure that GST, VAT, TDS Filing as on monthly bases To be follow up for debtors payments To be follow up for vendors(Creditors ) payments Ensure the half yearly and yearly Audit and Compliance for NC Any other tasks as and when required by the management. Should have a high command of Excel, Tally ERP-9 Must be personable and well able to deal with Showroom Sales and Service Revenue Must possess excellent financial knowledge, analytical skills and be very well organized.
