Job Title: Accounts & Load Tracking Coordinator

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab (In Person)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & Load Tracking Coordinator to join our team and contribute to both operational excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Tracking & Operations

Accurately enter loads into the system and create manifests

Monitor driver routes, ensure compliance, and track on-time deliveries

Proactively communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers to resolve issues

Maintain precise records of loads, dispatch schedules, and all related documentation

Accounts & Customer Relations

Review and verify load tenders and orders for accuracy

Prepare and send invoices daily before deadlines

Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain accurate accounts receivable records

Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely updates and addressing concerns promptly

Qualifications

Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, tracking, or accounts receivable (training will be provided to the right candidate)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong multitasking abilities and comfort working in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in dispatching software, load boards, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable, and a collaborative team player
