Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain books of accounts including vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments
Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (Tally / ERP / accounting system)
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts
Bank & Cash Management
Maintain cash book and petty cash records
Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
Reporting & Coordination
Assist in preparation of MIS reports
Support audits (internal and statutory) by providing required documents
Coordinate with other departments for financial information
Skills & Competencies
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
