The firm was set up in 1982 and has all-round experience in internal and management audits, risk advisory, process, and systems study, statutory audits, tax audits, management consultancy, due diligence, restructuring, amalgamations, takeovers and mergers, project financing, concurrent and branch audits of banks, income tax proceedings at various levels, including representation for search & seizure, company law, reserve bank stock exchange & SEBI-related matters, consultancy in relation to goods & services tax (GST), insolvency and bankruptcy code, etc. The total staff strength of the firm is 100, including 20 chartered accountants/other professionals. The firm has a presence in Mumbai, Delhi, Indore, and Jaipur.

About the internship

Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities.
Maintaining accurate financial records.
Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
Computing taxes.
Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts
