Position: Accounts Intern

Location: Ghatkopar East, Mumbai

Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Stipend: ₹7,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and data entry in accounting software (Tally/ERP/Excel). Support in preparing invoices, bills, and vouchers. Assist in reconciliation of bank statements, vendor accounts, and ledgers. Help in preparing financial reports and documentation for audits. Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial data. Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities. Coordinate with internal teams for collection of accounting data. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Accounts/Finance Manager.

Requirements

Pursuing B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or related qualification. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Familiarity with MS Excel, Tally, or ERP systems is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt to a professional work environment.
