Assist in
reconciling bank statements
, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
Support
monthly and yearly closing activities
including trial balance review, checking mismatches, and preparing basic reports.
Organize and maintain financial documents (invoices, receipts, payment proofs).
Coordinate with internal teams for missing documents or clarifications.
Assist in generating
GST summaries
, payment follow-ups, and basic MIS.
Learn and follow proper accounting standards and internal processes.
Skills Required:
Basic understanding of accounting concepts (debit-credit, ledger, reconciliation).
Familiarity with Zoho Books or willingness to learn quickly.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot optional).
Strong communication and time-management skills.
