Key Responsibilities: The Learning & Support Role
The intern will receive hands-on training
Financial Data Entry:
Learning and executing the accurate entry of transactional data (invoices, receipts, payments) into our accounting software.
Support for Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Assisting in organizing vendor invoices and customer payment records.
Document Organization:
Maintaining and filing both physical and electronic records (e.g., bills, vouchers, bank statements) to ensure an organized finance archive.
Basic Reconciliation:
Assisting in comparing bank transactions against our ledger records to ensure they match.
Voucher Management:
Preparing and checking basic accounting vouchers and supporting documents.
