We are looking for

Accounts Incharge

who is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting within the organization. Primary responsibilities include overseeing the complete accounting cycle, consolidation, statutory compliance, and finalization of accounts. The role involves collaborating closely with finance professionals, auditors, and various department leads to ensure all financial aspects comply with regulations and internal standards. Success is measured by the accuracy of reports, adherence to deadlines, and overall financial stability achieved through effective cash flow management.

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee complete accounting operations of all branches Consolidation of branch accounts and preparation of financial statements Finalisation of books of accounts (monthly & yearly) Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances Handle internal & statutory audits Monitor cash flow, banking transactions & fund management Supervise accounts team and ensure process discipline Preparation of MIS reports and financial analysis for management Maintain internal controls and accounting policies Coordinate with management for budgeting and financial planning

Salary Range: As per industrial standards.

Career growth includes possible promotion to Financial Controller or Client Engagement roles, typically achievable in 1-2 years based on skills and discretion.
