Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources
Handle all HR-related work -- attendance, leaves, onboarding, documentation, etc.
Maintain employee records and assist in salary, incentive, and PF-related processes.
Accounting
Handle day-to-day accounting entries and books of accounts
Maintain purchase, sales, stock, and expense records
Prepare GST, TDS returns working and coordinate with CA
Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation
Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and MIS reports
Monitor payments to vendors, stockists, and service providers
Support audits and compliance documentation
Maintain pharma-specific accounting records such as stockist ledgers, credit notes, schemes, etc.
Manage vendor payments and accounting entries.
Follow-up and update stockist payment collections.
Admin & Coordination
Staff training coordination and attendance tracking.
Prepare and compile Excel formats:
Doctor ROI | LION Format | PIP Format | SPS Format | Incentive Format
Manage weekly & monthly sales data compilation.
Coordinate with vendors, team members, doctors, and stockists regarding payments and operations.
CBO data management and reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
