We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts & HR Executive to handle both human resource and accounting functions at our construction site/office. The role involves managing payroll, attendance, recruitment, vendor payments, and statutory compliance while ensuring smooth coordination between site and head office.
Accounts & Finance Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or ERP system.
Prepare vouchers, maintain petty cash, and handle project expenses.
Process vendor bills, material invoices, and subcontractor payments.
Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial summaries.
Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Coordinate with auditors and head office for monthly/annual closings.
Maintain proper documentation for purchases, advances, and site transactions.
Above 2 years of experience Recuired in Accounts & Finance
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities for staff and workers.
Prepare and process monthly payroll with statutory deductions (EPF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
Ensure compliance with labour laws, contractor records, and safety regulations.
