1. HR Executive -



Role: Human Resources Executive

Department: HR

Reports To: HR Manager / Management

Key Responsibilities:



Handling recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding Maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave data Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and exit documents Managing payroll coordination and employee grievances Implementing HR policies, rules, and company culture Conducting employee engagement and performance reviews Ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc. - if applicable)

Skills & Qualifications:



Graduate/MBA in HR preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and HR software

2. Digital Marketing Executive -



Role: Digital Marketing Executive

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Management

Key Responsibilities:



Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns Managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Running paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) Creating content for posts, ads, and promotions Managing SEO, website traffic, and lead generation Analyzing campaign performance and preparing reports Coordinating with sales team for lead follow-ups

Skills & Qualifications

:

Graduate in Marketing or relevant field Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Ads Manager Creative thinking and content-writing skills Basic graphic design knowledge is a plus

3. Accounts Executive -



Role: Accounts Executive

Department: Accounts & Finance

Reports To: Accounts Manager / Finance Head

Key Responsibilities:



Maintaining books of accounts and financial records Handling daily accounting entries, vouchers, and reconciliations Preparing invoices, bills, and expense reports Managing bank reconciliation and cash flow Assisting in GST, TDS, and statutory filings Supporting audits and financial reporting Ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards

Skills & Qualifications

:

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting principles Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation Attention to detail and analytical skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
