We're hiring a detail-oriented professional to manage
accounts
and
ensure statutory compliance in HR
.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
Maintain accurate financial records & ledgers
Handle accounts payable & receivable
Process invoices, reimbursements, vendor payments
Assist in monthly closing, reconciliations & audits
Coordinate statutory filings (GST, TDS, etc.)
HR Compliance:
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and labor laws
Maintain accurate employee records & documentation
Handle payroll & compliance reporting
Draft/update HR policies as per legal standards
Coordinate audits, inspections, and internal controls
Qualifications:
B.Com/M.Com or HR qualification
3+ years of relevant experience
Proficient in Tally, Excel, and payroll systems
Knowledge of Indian statutory laws
Joining: Immediate or 15 days preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
