Accounting Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries using Tally/ERP systems.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, project-wise costing, and reconciliations.
- Manage GST, TDS, RERA, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
- Support property booking entries, broker payments, and customer payment follow-ups.
- Prepare MIS reports, project cash flows, and assist in audits.
- Coordinate with CAs for statutory audits, tax returns, and compliance reporting.
Human Resource Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Track attendance, leaves, and manage payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, and maintain HR policy adherence.
- Organize team meetings, engagement activities, and handle grievance redressal.
Administrative Responsibilities:- Oversee office and site administration, including vendor coordination.
- Maintain documentation for property deals, agreements, and client communication.
- Support site office needs including coordination with contractors and site teams.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and handle maintenance coordination.
