We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage key responsibilities across our Accounts, Human Resources, and General Administration functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance. Key
Responsibilities:
Accounts:
Assist with bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and expense management.
Prepare basic financial reports and assist with audits.
Manage petty cash and vendor payments.
Human Resources (HR):
Support end-to-end recruitment (posting, screening, scheduling).
Administer payroll, employee benefits (PF, ESI), and leave management.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS.
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and HR-related compliance.
Administration:
Manage general office operations, supplies, and maintenance.
Coordinate meetings, travel, and events.
Handle correspondence and support senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of experience in a combined HR, Accounts, or Admin role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting/payroll software.
