Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Accounts Head for a Kerala-based education company to manage complete accounting, compliance, budgeting, and payroll across multiple verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end accounts and financial operations
GST filing, TDS, and Income Tax compliance
Budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting
Salary processing and payroll accounting
Accounts finalization and audit coordination
Statutory compliance and team supervision
Skills & Experience Required:
M.Com mandatory
3+ years experience in Accounts
2-3 years Tally proficiency required
GST, TDS, Taxation knowledge
Budgeting & payroll experience
Education / service industry experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
