Job Title: Accounts Head

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Head with at least 3 years of experience in accounting and finance, specifically in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally, GST, TDS, and accounts finalization. The position requires a strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting
Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements
Handle GST return filings, reconciliations, and ensure compliance
Manage TDS deductions, payments, and quarterly returns
Maintain and monitor all accounting records in Tally ERP
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
Ensure timely completion of internal audits and statutory compliances
Budget planning, cash flow management, and cost control analysis
Lead and mentor junior accounting staff
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally ERP, and accounts finalization
Must hold a Postgraduate degree in Commerce or Finance (M.Com / MBA)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Familiarity with real estate financial norms and project accounting
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
