The

Accounts Head

will oversee the entire finance and accounts function of the organization. This role involves leading the accounts team, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, financial planning, auditing, and providing strategic insights for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the accounts & finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, etc.). Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting. Implement internal financial controls, policies, and processes. Support management with financial analysis for decision-making. Handle taxation, audits, and timely filing of returns.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (CA/ICWA/MBA preferred). 8-12 years of relevant experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial/lead role. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance. Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / SAP / other accounting software. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
