To manage and oversee the company's financial accounting, reporting, taxation, and compliance
functions while ensuring sound cost control, efficient banking operations, and strong internal financial
discipline. The role will be responsible for accurate financial reporting, cash flow management, and
providing actionable insights to support business decisions and growth in the export market.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial
records.
Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Ensure adherence to accounting standards (IND-AS) and company policies.
Ensure to maintain proper ledgers, journals, and reconciliations of all accounts.
Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors for timely completion of audits.
Verify and seek management approval for vendor bills, purchase orders, and payment terms.
Manage vendor reconciliations and ensure timely disbursement of payments.
Manage and ensure timely filing of all statutory returns -- GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC,
Professional Tax, etc.
Coordinate with consultants/auditors for tax planning and compliance.Implement and
Coordinate with external consultants for GST, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, ROC, and statutory
audits
Ensure timely e-filing of returns, resolution of tax queries, and proper documentation of
compliance records
Monitor working capital limits, LC/BG documentation, and credit utilization.
Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports for management review to support management
decision-making.
Support management with financial insights and decision-making data.
Ensure team motivation, adherence to SOP, foster collaboration, and capability building.
Knowledge & Skills
Integrity & Compliance Orientation
Strong knowledge of accounting & financial management
Command over accounting principles (IND-AS, Companies Act).
Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (Tally)
Hands on experience of Liaoning with banks for credit limits, documentation, and relationship
management.
Analytical ability to monitor costs, identify variances, and suggest corrective actions.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
