Supervise and manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Implement and maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights to management.
Lead, train, and mentor the accounts and finance team.
Support management in financial decision-making, cost control, and profitability analysis.
Handle vendor and client account settlements and reconciliations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA/ICWA preferred).
Proven experience (8-12 years) in accounting/finance with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP) and MS Excel.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
