WE are looking an experienced hands-on Accounts Manager

who can take

complete ownership of the finance function

, independently manage end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial controls, reporting, and lead the accounts team with accuracy, discipline, and accountability.

3-5 years of relevant experience

in accounts, finance operations, and statutory compliance with end-to-end ownership exposure.

Educational qualification:

M.Com or CMA (mandatory), with strong fundamentals in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting. Proven experience in

finalization of accounts

including Cash Flow Statements, Profit & Loss Account, and Balance Sheet integrity. Hands-on expertise in

GST, TDS, and statutory filings

, including returns, reconciliations, audit coordination, and statutory record maintenance.

Team handling experience

, with the ability to supervise, review, and control the work of junior accountants and ensure timelines and accuracy. Strong working knowledge of

MS Excel and MIS reporting

, including dashboards, reconciliations, and management reports. Exposure to

budgeting, forecasting, wage analysis, and cost control

, with the ability to identify expense leakages and recommend corrective actions. Ability to work closely with

Chairman, CEO, and senior management

, converting financial data into meaningful insights and business decisions.

Experience in the education industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
