Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Accounts Head

to lead our accounting department. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting principles, taxation, audits, and financial reporting, along with hands-on experience in overall financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage taxation matters -- GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings. Handle statutory and internal audits, and coordinate with auditors. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Supervise and guide the accounts team, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks. Manage vendor payments, invoicing, and expense tracking. Review MIS reports and provide financial analysis for management decision-making. Liaise with banks, vendors, and other external agencies.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial regulations. Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP or other accounting software. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. Good communication and team management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter) M.Com / MBA (Finance) Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance
