Job Overview:

The Accounts Head will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounts, finance, and taxation functions of the organization. This role involves strategic financial planning, ensuring statutory compliance, managing audits, optimizing working capital, and supporting management in key financial decisions. The position requires in-depth knowledge of accounting practices, costing, and financial management relevant to the company.

Qualifications & Experience:

Educational Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) .

Experience:

Minimum

15-20 years

of experience in accounts and finance, preferably in the

steel or heavy manufacturing industry

.

Software Skills:

Proficiency in

Tally ERP / SAP / Excel / MS Office

.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of GST, TDS, costing, and working capital management.

Key Skills & Attributes:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and team management capabilities. Good communication and coordination skills across departments. Integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
