Job Description

Maintain proper accounting, asset register, and statutory compliance. Prepare MIS reports and financial statements. Manage scrutiny and assessments. Interface with bank, tax and legal.

Key responsibilities and activities:

Ensure that all financial transactions (sales, purchases, attendance, and other items) are properly recorded, filed, and reported. Create and maintain accounting entries in Tally. Create weekly, monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts. Help with month end closing. Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports Make sure procedures and systems are followed properly. Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations. Review financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities. Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies. Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations. Report to the leadership team with timely and accurate financial information.
Work experience: 7+ years of experience in a business or finance environment; manufacturing plant experience required.

Skills and Qualifications

B.Com minimum. M. Com or CA Intermediate or ICWA is a plus. Leadership skills. interpersonal skills, outstanding mathematical skills, honesty, integrity, reliability, solid written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail, organizational skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, research skills, analytical skills, computer skills, understanding of data privacy standards. Fluent in MS Ofiice, Tally. Good communications skills. Must speak read and write English and Hindi fluently.
