Financial Planning and Analysis:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to meet the organization\'s objectives.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Financial Reporting:
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Communicate financial results to management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze variances between budgeted and actual results.
Cash Management:
  • Oversee cash flow planning and ensure the availability of funds as needed.
  • Manage banking relationships and transactions.
  • Monitor and control expenses to optimize cash utilization.
Accounting:
  • Supervise the accounting team in day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Oversee the preparation of general ledger entries and reconciliation of accounts.
Risk Management:
  • Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Internal Controls:
  • Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Tax Management:
  • Coordinate with tax consultants and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Optimize the organization\'s tax position and minimize tax liabilities.
Team Leadership:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance and accounting team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Financial Software and Systems:
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements in financial software and systems.
  • Implement and optimize financial systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with executive management in making strategic financial decisions.
  • Provide financial insights and support in evaluating potential business opportunities.
Communication:
  • Communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial objectives are aligned with overall business goals.
