Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Finance Manager

to oversee all financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, compliance, financial reporting, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will ensure financial health, optimize cost structures, and support decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee

day-to-day accounting operations

including payables, receivables, payroll, and bank reconciliations Prepare and analyze

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Ensure

statutory compliance

with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, and ROC filings Monitor

cash flow

, working capital, and fund management Lead the

budgeting and forecasting

process for all departments Establish

internal controls

, audit readiness, and financial policies Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks Evaluate and recommend

cost-saving opportunities

and

financial efficiencies

Ensure

timely vendor payments

, customer invoicing, and receivable follow-ups Manage

asset registers

, depreciation, and financial documentation Support management with

financial analysis, MIS reports

, and strategic inputs

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance (mandatory); CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred Minimum

5-8 years of experience

in a finance/accounting role, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution sectors Strong knowledge of

Tally, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools

Familiarity with

labour compliance
