Handle
GST filings
, compliance, and working with external consultants when required.
Execute
invoicing
, follow-ups, and account receivables management.
Manage
vendor onboarding
, vendor payments, and
vendor reconciliation
.
Conduct timely
bank reconciliations
and monitor all incoming/outgoing payments.
Maintain financial records, MIS reports, and support audit-related workflows.
Ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and effective cash-flow tracking.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing accounts
independently
for an organization.
Strong knowledge of
accounting principles, GST, payroll, and reconciliation processes
.
Must have hands-on experience with
Zoho Books / Zoho Payroll
.
Proficient in
accounting and payroll software
and Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
