Job Description
Role Description This is a full-time on-site Account & Finance Manager role located in Noida. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing financial operations such as accounting, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Additionally, the Finance Manager will be responsible for liaising with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations, developing internal control policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and legislation. Qualifications and skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial practices
- 3+years of experience
- Experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Expertise in financial modeling and reporting
- Ability to provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strategic Planning
- Risk Assessment
- Proficiency in financial software programs and Microsoft Office
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Taxation and Compliance
- Bachelor\'s/ Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
