Job Description

Role Overview:

The Finance Manager will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, analysis, and compliance, while supporting strategic decision-making and leading the finance team. This role ensures strong financial governance, efficient operations, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with insights and variance analysis. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Manage cash flow to maintain sufficient operational liquidity. Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), internal controls, and coordinate external audits. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team. Identify cost-saving opportunities and support operational efficiency initiatives. Oversee financial systems/ERP tools and ensure optimal utilization. Support long-term financial strategy, investments, and growth planning.
Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (Master's/CPA/CFA preferred) 5+ years' experience in financial management Strong financial reporting, analysis, and modeling skills Proficiency in Excel, financial software, and ERP systems Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
