Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Finance & Account Manager

to oversee and manage financial operations, compliance, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GST, TDS, and overall financial accounting, along with proven ability in preparing invoices and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations. Prepare, review, and file GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliances. Oversee financial statements, MIS reports, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory frameworks. Handle vendor/client billing, payment processing, and account reconciliations. Support audits (internal & statutory) and coordinate with auditors. Provide financial insights to management for strategic decision-making. Lead and mentor junior team members in the accounts department.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

GST, TDS, compliance, and financial accounting

. Proficiency in preparing and reviewing

invoices, financial statements, and statutory reports

. Excellent knowledge of accounting software (Tally/ERP or equivalent) and MS Excel. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage deadlines and work independently. Good communication and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
