Ensure division-wise and state-wise segregation of accounts.
Post inter-branch transfer entries and reconcile ledgers across locations.
2. Financial Review & Controls
Perform
monthly closings
, reconciliations, and stock verification.
Prepare
MIS reports
and platform-level profitability analysis.
Ensure accurate incorporation of opening balances.
3. Compliance & Statutory Reporting
Coordinate with consultants for
GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF filings
.
Conduct periodic GST reconciliations (GSTR-2A/2B vs books).
Support statutory audits and ensure timely closure entries.
4. Inventory & Documentation
Monitor stock across multiple godowns (Khopoli, Turbhe, Juinagar).
Resolve negative stock issues and maintain proper documentation.
Implement filing protocols for easy audit and compliance retrieval.
5. Receivables & Client Communication
Review receivables, track overdue accounts, and escalate risks.
Reconcile client collections, e-commerce settlements, and invoices.
Communicate with clients on disputes, short payments, or credit notes.
Share monthly receivables MIS with management, highlighting risks.
Coordinate with sales/operations for follow-ups and collections.
6. Team & Process Management
Lead and guide the accounts team in day-to-day operations.
Implement process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
Act as a bridge between internal teams, management, and consultants.
