We are a fast-growing, project-driven company looking for a Finance Manager who can bring structure, visibility, and financial discipline to a scaling organisation.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Manager who can take end-to-end ownership of financial operations, project costing, compliance, and management reporting. This role requires someone who understands

project business finance

cash flow discipline

multi-entity accounting

You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure financial clarity, control, and scalability.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Operations & Control

Oversee day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial transactions Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Manage accounts payable, receivable, and vendor reconciliations Monitor and improve internal financial controls

Project Costing & Profitability

Track project-wise costing, margins, and profitability Work with operations and sales teams to validate commercial viability of projects Create project financial dashboards and variance reports

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

Plan and manage cash flows for ongoing projects Monitor receivables and ensure timely collections Optimize working capital and vendor payment cycles

Compliance & Statutory

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements Coordinate with auditors, CA, and regulatory authorities Prepare data for audits and financial due diligence

MIS & Management Reporting

Prepare MIS reports for leadership with actionable insights Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Support management in financial decision-making

Multi-Entity & International Exposure (Preferred)

Handle financial coordination for Middle East operations Understanding of import/export transactions and forex impact

Required Qualifications & Skills

CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com 4 - 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in

project-based

,

engineering

,

media tech

, or

infrastructure

companies Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience in project costing and margin analysis is critical Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / ERP systems and MS Excel Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
